Yes. Small animals are permitted.

Residents are responsible for the care of their pets, which must have updated vaccinations. Cats must remain in individual suites; dogs must be leashed in common areas and taken outside to relieve themselves. Residents are responsible for placing animal waste in the garbage bins.
